I’ve been getting my Audi Q7 serviced here for a few years. Every single time I come, it’s a great experience. The quoting process is extraordinarily straightforward. They always deliver exactly what they’ve quoted on the service. The staff and the mechanics are all awesome people that will help you understand exactly what’s going on with your car and why. They give you pictures; they give you documentation. The information you receive is always accurate.

I had excellent customer service provided by Brian at the front desk! He was very knowledgeable in everything that I asked. He was very polite and pleasant as well! Advanced European service provided me with everything that I needed.

Brought in my XC60 in winters to get the brakes & rotors replaced in December 2025. The staff was welcoming, the workshop had a lively feel. Everyone was genuine, upfront and detailed on the work to be done the cost I will incur. They were also very kind to ensure a drop off/pick up as needed. As a matter of fact I was waiting for my cab and the store manager walked over to me to offer a ride home.
My fav part was, I hadn’t looked up promos on the website and Brian (service advisor) just applied the discounts on his own. thats being genuine and I really appreciate it. A follow up appointment to get the work checked was done immediately on request and I was educated well on my concern. I might be a customer now for life.

I had an absolutely great experience here. Communication quoting, etc. was all amazing. They did a new car purchase inspection told me exactly what to prioritize what not to etc. with clear concise pricing, I highly recommend them.

Hands down best experience at an automotive shop. Not only extremely helpful, but incredibly forth coming, no hidden fees, and a pleasure to communicate with. Brian and his crew are topnotch. Honest and straight forward shop.I used them for a pre-purchase inspection. They were very thorough and their inspection report is incredibly detailed with photos and videos. Lucky for me, I was able to dodge a bullet thanks to this shop. Well worth using them without hesitation if anyone has any doubts to use them as a first time. Also. Their online scheduling system was incredibly easy to book an appointment.

I booked online very easily and was able to do a drop off for my car at a time that was convenient. They were prompt, communicative, and as detailed as they could be in explaining the problems I was having with my Mini. Not the cheapest but they did a good job, provided part numbers for things I wanted to do myself, and told me what to watch out for – so I felt it was worth it. They also took my car on somewhat short notice. I highly recommend this shop

Thank you to Advanced European Service for their excellent care and repair of my Mercedes. Scheduling was simple. They provided shuttle service. Quote was well documented with photos. Price for services was reasonable. There was excellent communication with the team about service options and I feel I was very well taken care of throughout. Plus they were fast! Going to a dealership would have taken much longer. Will be returning in the future.

We have a BMW X5. I came here because of the excellent reviews and was not disappointed! The services recommended from our inspection were all listed very intuitively in a web portal invoice that I could accept or reject in an itemized list. Also came with photos of the findings. Excellent customer service and great communication. Will be back for all our future servicing!

Wowza! These people are living examples of making customer service a priority. From Cohen who gave me a ride home because my car had to stay in the shop (smart and a great conversationalist), to Brian who managed my situation with grace and professionalism, I was treated with respect, and my car was well taken care of. I’ve visited various mechanics before I discovered Advanced European (AE), and none have come close to the quality service and clear communication AE demonstrates.

Been a customer for a couple of years with my 2012 VW Golf TDI. They’ve always done good work, and been very communicative and easy to work with.
Today I had a light come on which indicated that my coolant was low. They had flushed and refilled the coolant a while back. I gave them a call, swung by, and they topped off my coolant and sent me on my way – all in 5 minutes. Great service!

I called first thing Tuesday morning (10/8) to see if I could get an appointment the following week for my ’15 S4, assuming they would be booked out given how busy it has always looked. They were able to fit me in the same day, despite the fact that they are indeed, VERY busy! On top of that, I have a very busy schedule, and they provided the best possible solution within my time frame.
Turns out the problem was more involved than I had thought. Brian and Happy actually took the time to show me what was wrong with my car and explain why it was a problem. They let me take them on a test drive and politely asked if they could drive it as well to further the diagnostics. During the test drive, Brian handled my car with great care and was able to validate my concerns about the car.
These guys are, by far, the best mechanics I have worked with. I sat here for a couple of hours while the car was being repaired, and I watched the whole team treat multiple cars with great care and respect. No goofing off.

Eric took great care of me when I brought a recently-bought Jaguar for inspection.
He found several issues going on, hadn’t been for his honest advice, I would have ended up with an unreliable car.
Both him and the owner took the time to explain in detail the priority of each recommendation.
Also, they are super friendly and will guide you every step of the way.

Took in my 2000 Porsche Boxster I just purchased for inspections/repairs. I really like the detail inspection report with photos. Definitely helped with which repairs need immediately and which could be put off. Service advisor Brian was awesome with communication. He took my numerous calls and answered all my questions. Boxster now drives FUN!!! I really appreciated the follow up phone calls and texts to make sure repairs were done to my satisfaction. Definitely coming back.
