Highly detailed quotes are easy to work with. I brought my vehicle in for some unexpected emergency repairs and wasn't pressured into doing other things that came up on inspection. They didn't do anything without running past me first.

Brought my car in to diagnose what I thought might be a head gasket issue. The tech was helpful and knowledgeable and suspected that it was simply condensation. After checking it out thats what it was - no repair needed! Definitely coming back when I need actual work done.
